Thursday 07/02: 38 minutes run / Gardening: ran 22 minutes (2.96 km/1.83 miles)

Friday 07/03: No training

Saturday 07/04: Running Interval training Repeat 38 minutes run of Thursday

Sunday 07/05: Power yoga 38 minute run (4.82 km/2.99 miles)
