These days its very hot in The Netherlands and unfortunately I’m a person who can’t stand this heat. I’ll get headaches when its too hot and have no energy. This effects my exercise routine also. This morning I went for a 38 minute run but after 22 minutes I stopped. I couldn’t go on any further, my body protested. This weekend the temperatures will fall so I’m really looking forward to that. I’m going to do my 38 minute run again on Saturday morning.
When I got home I worked in our garden. I’ve postponed this for weeks so it was really necessary. It looks good again.
After that I enjoyed my garden in the shadow with a book and lots of water with mint.
What’s for dinner:
Today we’ve had a main course salad with strawberries, Brie and cashewnuts with some bread. No stove needed and a perfect dinner for a hot day.
