Target weight: 73 kg (160 lbs).

Current weight: 84.2 kg (185.63 lbs).

This weeks result: -0.4 kg (0.88 lbs)
Total loss: – 1.6 kg (3.53 lbs)

Fat percentage: 45.0 (last week 44.9)
Muscles percentage: 28.8 (last week 28.9)

BMI: 28.1 (last week 28.3)

I’m happy with this result. Last week was great but this is more me. I don’t lose weight fast so I have to be patient and be satisfied with this. An I am.

  1. Hey, this is a great weigh in. It is annoying to lose weight slowly, but its better for your body and more likely to keep it off. Keep it up!
