Starting weight: 85.8 kg (189.16 lbs).
Target weight: 73 kg (160 lbs).

Current weight: 83.4 kg (183.8 lbs).

This weeks result: -0.5 kg (1.1 lbs)
Total loss: – 2.4 kg (5.3 lbs)

Fat percentage: 44.6 (last week 44.6)
Muscles percentage: 29.0 (last week 29.0)

BMI: 28.1 (last week 28.0)

Lost 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) last week and I’m happy with it. My goal is to lose about this much weight a week so I’m satisfied with the result.
