Target weight: 73 kg (160 lbs).

Current weight: 83.7 kg (184.5 lbs).

This weeks result: +0.3 kg (0.6 lbs)
Total loss: – 2.1 kg (4.6 lbs)

Fat percentage: 44.3 (last week 44.6)
Muscles percentage: 29.5 (last week 29.0)

BMI: 27.9 (last week 27.9)

Gained 0.3 kg (0.6 lbs). I’ve kind of expected it since I’ve been working all week to lose the weight I gained after the tapas dinner. With some luck I’ll lose this and some more next week.
