Weight Challenge week 39

Starting weight: 89.2 kg (196.6 lbs).
Target weight: 70 kg (154 lbs).
Current weight: 82.5 kg (181.8 lbs).

This weeks result: -0.4 kg (-0.8 lbs)
Total loss: – 6.7 kg (14.7 lbs)

Fat percentage: 43.2 (last week 43.3)
Muscles percentage: 29.5 (last week 29.8)
BMI: 27.6 (last week 27.7)

This week I’ve lost the 0.4 kg/0.8 lbs which I gained last week so I’m back where I was in week 37 but planning to lose weight again. I will try to lose a bit every week till December 31th.

My cold seems to get better, have to cough a lot but I think that’s part of the healing process. We’ll see how it goes tomorrow.

Dutch girl gets healthy plan:

Why?
For the rest of my life I want to be healthy, have a good figure and be fit and am finally prepared to make sacrifices for this goal and workout regularly.

Ways to get there
Eat healthy.
Workout at least 5 times a week

How to keep motivated
Set short- and long-term goals.
See workouts as fun.
Look at working out and eating healthy as “want to” and not as a  “must to”
Reading blogs/magazines about eating healthy, working out and running.

  1. It seems like we have something in common – I am big on tracking all I can. It seems to be a real motivator for me. I love the fat and muscle percentage goals. How are you measuring them? I use a body fat analyzer, but I know there are better ways.

  2. Good loss! Hope you are feeling better by now! Good luck on Sunday!

  3. Great loss!! 🙂 I can’t get over all your running… just amazing to me!! Your attitude is certainly the right one to reach your goals!!! 🙂 I’m rooting you on!

    Feel better soon!! (((hugs)))
