This weeks result: -0.6 kg (-1.3 lbs)
Total loss: – 10.2 kg (22.5 lbs)
Fat percentage: 41.3 (last week 41.3)
Muscles percentage: 30.0 (last week 29.9)
BMI: 26.4 (last week 26.6)
I’m happy with this loss, aiming for 78.5 kg/173 lbs. next week.

I’m sick of tracking! Tracking WW points, tracking calories, writing everything down. I’ve been struggling with my weight for 10 years now and I know what I have to do to lose. I just have to eat healthy and exercise.
So I decided to stop tracking for a while and make as many healthy choices as possible.
I do, however, want to stay accountable, to myself and to you so I’m going to set goals for the week and try to stick to them. I will post them on Sunday or Monday and update them every time I post.
I’ve haven’t been exercising since Monday. Tuesday I had an appointment. Yesterday and today I’m too tired. I’ve been getting to bed a little bit later every time lately and I’m very busy at work right now. After a while my body gets tired of that. So I’m focussing on getting 7 hours of sleep at night again. Will pick up my exercising this weekend.
Tomorrow night I’m going to the movies with a friend of mine. We’re going to see Valentine’s Day. McDreamy and McSteamy in one movie? What could go wrong … nothing 🙂
